I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a PhD in Counseling and more than two decades of experience helping people navigate complexity, pressure, and meaningful change, particularly those in leadership and high-responsibility roles.

My experience helps me notice patterns others often miss, particularly in high-functioning individuals whose struggles are subtle and internal.
